Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- Breastfeeding

Abdul Muttollib, after hearing about the birth of Rasulullah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him-, took him to the Ka'bah and gave him the name Muhammad, a name that was foreign to the Arabs at that time. Then Abdul Muththollib looked for a Bedouin Arab woman to breastfeed the Prophet -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- which is the habit of urban Arabs to keep their children away from various urban diseases and to be strong and master fluent Arabic.

However, at that time, no Bedouin Arab woman was willing to breastfeed her because he -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- was an orphan, so it was feared that no one would pay for her breastfeeding fee. Finally there was a woman named Halimah bintu Abi Dzu'aib as-Sa'diah who came from Bani Sa'ad, she was the one who was willing to breastfeed him. This was because Halimah felt sorry for him -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- and did not want to return to her village without bringing a baby to breastfeed.

Finally, he also brought blessings and kindness in various matters for Halimah's family. After 2 years, it was time to return him to his mother. However, Halimah persuaded her to return to raising Muhammad because of the blessings and kindness she received during her upbringing, and Aminah agreed to this.
