Protection of Allāh to Muhammad sallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam Before His Prophethood

Among Allah's protection for him shallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam, namely when the renovation of the Ka'bah. At that time he lifted a stone with his uncle al-Abbas. Al-Abbas suggested that he lift his izar and place it on the back of his neck to keep his back shallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam from the marks of stones that were raised when they were away from humans. When he did, he suddenly fainted and when he woke up, he asked to tighten his permission (H.R. Bukhari & Muslim) and this incident happened when he was 35 years old (narrated by Abdul Rozak in al-Mushonnaf).  And it is known that being naked at that time was not something strange according to the Arabs of Jahiliyyah. In the past they tawaf in the temple naked except by the Quraysh. And tawaf naked they continued to do until it was forbidden by the Messenger of Allah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- in 9H through the intermediary of Abu Bakr Ash Siddiq. Abu Bakr said: "There should not be any polyth...

Renovation of the Kaaba

When Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam was 35 years old, the Quraysh gathered to renovate the Ka'bah.  When the building has been renovated and it remains only to put Hajar Aswad, then there is a dispute between the tribes who will place Hajar Aswad because they think it is an honor, until almost a war breaks out. Then after that they agreed on a certain day that the first to enter the Grand Mosque on that day will make a decision between them. And it turned out that the first to enter that day was Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam. So they said "This is al-Amin, we bless him!".  So Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam asked for a cloth and put hajar aswad on it. After that he asked each of the tribes to hold the cloth and bring hajar aswad together to put hajar aswad back in place so that when he arrived at his place, Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam took it and put it in its place.  Thus completed the renovation of the Ka'bah, and thus Muha...

Muhammad's Marriage with Kadijah radhiyallāhu 'anhā

At the age of 25 years, Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam married Khadijah, a Quraish woman who had a high position and abundant wealth. Some said Khadija's age was 28 years old and some said she was 40 years old. She is Khadijah Bintu Khuwailid Bin Asad Bin Abdul Uzza Bin Qushay Bin Kilab Bin Murrah Bin Ka'ab Bin Luay al-Qurosyiyyah. She is one of the best women in line, wealth and intelligence. She is the woman who was first married to Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam and he Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam did not marry any other woman until Khadija died. When Khadija died, 6 children were born to her, namely al-Qasim, Abdullah, Zainab, Ruqoyyah, Umm Kulthum, and Fatima. Al-Qosim and Abdullah died when they were little while the women all met the prophethood of Muhammad Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam and converted to Islam and all died before Rasulullah Sholallahu'alaihi wa sallam except Fatima. So she died 6 months after the death of Rasulullah Sholallahu...

Muhammad Under the Support of Abu Talib

After Abdul Muththollib, Abu Tholib fulfilled Muhammad's rights for more than 40 years even exceeding the rights of his own children and defended him both physically and verbally. Rasulullah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- grew up as a young man who was guarded by Allah farthest from the impurities of ignorance and their habits, most guarded honor, the best in character, very shy, most honest in his words, very trustworthy, far from obscene behavior and rough so it is known among the ignorant community with the nickname al-Amin which means "TRUSTABLE". He is known as a person who has a lot of friendship, respects guests, likes to help others in kindness, eats from his own efforts, and is qonaah (feeling enough of what Allah has given). When he was 14 or 15 years old, there was a war of al-Fujjar between Quraish and Kinanah against the Qoais and Ailan tribes, but there is no authentic history that Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- was at war. Then he...

The cleavage of the Prophet's chest, the death of Aminah and Abdul Muttalib

Imam Muslim narrated in his saheeh that when Prophet Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- was playing with children, then the angel Jibril cut open his chest and took out a clot of black blood and threw it away from his heart and then washed his heart with a vessel made of gold and in it Zamzam water so that the heart is clean and restore it to normal. The children reported to Halimah that Muhammad had been killed, then they welcomed the Prophet Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- with a changed face. Halimah, as a mother who breastfed the Prophet -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him-, was afraid of the strange incident that happened to the Prophet Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him-, so she returned him to his mother until he was 6 years old.  In that year, Aminah invited Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- to visit the tomb of the his father in Medina with Abdul Muththollib and Umm Aiman. On the way home, Aminah fell ill and di...

Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- Breastfeeding

Abdul Muttollib, after hearing about the birth of Rasulullah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him-, took him to the Ka'bah and gave him the name Muhammad, a name that was foreign to the Arabs at that time. Then Abdul Muththollib looked for a Bedouin Arab woman to breastfeed the Prophet -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- which is the habit of urban Arabs to keep their children away from various urban diseases and to be strong and master fluent Arabic. However, at that time, no Bedouin Arab woman was willing to breastfeed her because he -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- was an orphan, so it was feared that no one would pay for her breastfeeding fee. Finally there was a woman named Halimah bintu Abi Dzu'aib as-Sa'diah who came from Bani Sa'ad, she was the one who was willing to breastfeed him. This was because Halimah felt sorry for him -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- and did not want to return to her village without bringing a baby to breastfeed. Fina...

The birth of the Prophet Muhammad -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him-

Prophet Muhammad Salallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam was born on Monday (Hadith about fasting on Monday & first revelation from Abu Qotadah al-Anshori and narrated by Muslims) in the year of the elephant, which is the year 570 AD.  The year when a major event occurs which implies a bigger event that shows God wants good for mankind. In that year Abrahah, the governor of Yemen who was under the command of King Habasyah, built a very large church with the aim of removing the Hajj that had been done at the Ka'bah which the Arabs flocked to him. This angered the Arabs, so one of them came to the church and defecated in it. This made Abrahah angry and vowed to go to the Ka'bah and destroy it. So Abrahah went with his army and brought the elephant. The Arabs tried to get in the way, but they couldn't.  When he arrived outside the city of Mecca, Abdul Muttolib as the leader of Quraish came to Abrahah who had already taken 200 of his camels. After getting down from his chair and si...
